Hydrophis obscurus, commonly known as Russell's sea snake, is a species of venomous sea snake in the family Elapidae.

Distribution

This snake-species is found in the Indian Ocean (India, Myanmar , Bangladesh) and Thailand. It may also be found in Sri Lanka.
